DE_ Die Galerie Stephanie Kelly präsentiert Werke der Künstler*innen Ludwig Kupfer und Alex Lebus. Beide spielen mit Perspektiven, Blickrichtungen und Dopplungen. Während Ludwig Kupfer dies auf großformatigen Leinwänden tut, arbeitet Alex Lebus mit Spiegeln, deren Rückseite sie bearbeitet, abträgt und den Rezipient*innen dadurch neben der Möglichkeit der Reflexion die Fähigkeit verleiht, durch den neu eröffneten Spalt in neue Perspektiven hindurchzusehen.

Die Ausstellung wird gefördert durch die Kulturstiftung des Freistaates Sachsen, das Amt für Kultur und Denkmalschutz Dresden der Landeshauptstadt Dresden

EN_ The Galerie Stephanie Kelly presents works by the artists Ludwig Kupfer and Alex Lebus. Both play with perspectives, lines of sight and duplications. While Ludwig Kupfer does this on large-format canvases, Alex Lebus works with mirrors, the reverse side of which she processes and removes, thereby giving the recipients not only the possibility of reflection but also the ability to see through the newly opened gap into new perspectives.
